Social construction theory Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckman is used to dissect the phenomena in this study. This research is a socio-cultural study that is oriented towards people's personality which often has negative stereotypes for LC (lady companion) workers, especially gender anthropology who studies the role of women who work for their survival. The results of this study indicate that there is a negative stigma on LC (lady companion) workers such as being considered a woman incorrectly because her role in her work is inconsistent with the values of community life. in the Karaoke Romeo environment, on Jalan Sudimulyo, Melawi Regency, West Kalimantan as a study of cultural phenomena.
